CAN YOU FEEL THE RUSH?

The Chicago Rush was founded in 2001 by owner Tanner Rowland . It joined the Professional Football Federation during restructurement in the summer of  2001 as a member of the Clubs division in the Black Confrence. Mr. Rowland, during his three years as GM of the Rush, has developed the team into championship contenders. During his tenure as GM he is one of only four teams to make the playoffs every season, carries a .615 winning %(3rd in league), is 2nd all-time in TD's scored, is 3rd all-time in pts, and is 4th all-time on the money list. Mr.Rowland was named Owner Of the Year in 2001, and was given the award for Best Draft in 2003. He recently led the Rush to the 2003 Fantasy Bowl where he lost to the Pearl Harbor Barracudas.

OWNER/GM ROWLAND NAMES SON SCOUTING DIRECTOR-Atlanta A.P.-  GM Tanner Rowland named son Kade Rowland head of the scouting department today making what will sure to be the first of many offseason moves. The decision makes Rowland the youngest dept. head in league and franchise history. The move also takes some of the pressure off the elder  Rowland  who some say tried to shoulder too much of the load last year on their way to an embarassing loss in Fantasy Bowl III.

RUNNING BACK AGAIN IN HOT WATER AFTER COMMENTS-Chicago A.P.-controversial Chicago Rush running back Stephen Davis is again in trouble with league officials after a run-in with Midwest Thunderstorm owner and league commisioner, Tony Dodson. According to reports from a Super Bowl afterparty , Dodson approached Davis  to congratulate him on a great season when the runningback, in a drunken stuper, shoved him and told him,"You'd better pull your d*** out of your  QB and get ready for next season mother F***er". The league is said to be looking into the incident and said fines or even a suspension could follow in the next few weeks.

QUARTERBACKS COACH SAYS "NO THANKS"-Chicago A.P.-Chicago Rush QB coach T.M. Rowland laid an end to speculation that he might be jumping ship. Rowland who in the last three years has led all three of his starting QBs to career years and to the Pro Bowl each year was being sought after by coaching staffs across the nation."I'm not going anywhere PERIOD! Why would I? I work for probably the greatest franchise and ownership in the country."
